Create a new ticket

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. Do one of these actions:
    • Click > Open a New Ticket.
    • In the menu bar, click Tickets > Open a New Ticket.
  3. On the Open a New Ticket page, configure these settings:
    • What is this ticket related to? — Select one of these options:

      • General request — Select for non-urgent requests.
      • A security emergency — Select if one or more of your systems or user accounts are breached. For immediate assistance with a security emergency, call Arctic Wolf at +1-888-272-8429.
      • Technical support assistance — Select if you required support with: network issues, a service failure, troubleshooting issues, or IP address reconfiguration.

    • Subject — Enter a short description of your request.

    • Related ticket — (Optional) Enter the number of a related ticket.

    • Message — Enter your request. Make sure it includes any relevant details.

    • Choose a File — (Optional) To add supporting files, click and drag one or more files to the attachment area.


      • If attaching the file fails:
        1. Compress the file, and then try attaching the file again.
        2. If the file still cannot be attached, create a ticket, and then contact your Concierge Security® Team (CST) at security@arcticwolf.com.
      • File upload size is limited to 20MB.
  4. Click Send Message.
