Arctic Wolf Unified Portal Tickets

Close a ticket

Note: To close tickets that you did not create or that you are not a recipient of, you must have the required permissions. If you require a higher level of access, view your Organization Profile and ask a primary contact.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.

  2. Click Tickets.

  3. Find the ticket that you want to respond to.

    Tip: If needed, use filters to limit your results. See Tickets table filters for more information.

  4. Click the Subject or Ticket # of the ticket.

  5. In the Ticket Action section, in the list, select one of these options:

    • Close and suppress this alert
    • Close with a follow-up request
    • Close

    Notes:

    • You cannot leave comments on closed tickets, but you can create a follow-up ticket.
    • The Close and suppress this alert option only appears for alerts.
  6. If applicable, in the comment box, enter your request and provide relevant details.

  7. Click Close Ticket.
